Made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed from the product. Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our address. Reverse pickup is dependent on the availability of the service in your area. Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution. COD/Express shipping charges are non-refundable. A 150 NPR logistics charge will be deducted as part of the refund process. Returns or exchanges are not available for international shipments. Please note that all packaging materials, including but not limited to wooden boxes, brown boxes, and gift wraps, are provided as part of the delivery process and shall be deemed non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances Return Process To return an item: Please raise a request at [email protected] with a clear photo or video where brand tag and plastic seal should be visible. Once the return is approved, your order will be picked up within 4-5 working days. The refund process will begin after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment. Eligibility for Refund: Items must be returned with all tags attached. The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition received. Gift cards and store credit remain valid for a lifetime. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.
